Najah Muhammad is a lifelong Clevelander with a long history of service to community based nonprofits. As Program Manager of People's Budget Cleveland, she’ll run the PB Pilot, in which residents of one Cleveland neighborhood will design a People’s Budget process, propose ideas, and then select the ideas they want to fund. Najah will help bring this experiment in deep democracy to life at a time it's needed more than ever!
